1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Slimehub Network (the "Server") or our webstore (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Server or use any of our services.

2. Purchases & Policy

Slimehub Network is in no way affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Any contributions or purchases made on this store go directly to Slimehub Network to pay for dedicated servers, development, and hosting costs.

All purchases are final. Because our goods are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

WARNING: Attempting to forcibly refund, chargeback, or dispute a transaction through PayPal or your bank will result in an immediate, permanent, and unappealable ban from the entire Slimehub Network.

3. Server Rules & Bans

Purchasing an item or rank from the store does not exempt you from the Server Rules. You are still subject to the same rules and punishments as any other player.

If you are banned, muted, or otherwise restricted from the Server for violating our rules, you will lose access to your purchased items for the duration of your punishment. No refunds will be granted for time or items lost due to a punishment.

4. Parental Consent

If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to make a purchase on this store. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have the bill payer's explicit permission.

5. Delivery & Support

Most virtual items are delivered to your account in-game within 1 to 5 minutes of your payment clearing. If your items do not arrive within 15 minutes, please open a Support Ticket on our website or join our Discord server for assistance.
